Halloween!!

We love Halloween around here! It's so much fun, and it makes me so happy that the boys love it too!

Cooper J. painted his pumpkin!

 Derek was really excited to scoop out his pumpkin and help carve it!

 This was at our neighborhood trunk or treat: I was Luna Lovegood, Derek was Batman, and Cooper was Mickey Mouse!

...Speaking of holidays, Derek told me the other day that he is excited for "Leprechaun day"!! Yep, he is my kid!! haha!

Jog-a-thon!

Derek's school had a jog-a-thon in October! Derek was SO excited about the jog-a-thon! He was especially excited that he got a t-shirt, since he had 5 sponsors! He had so much fun running with the other kids in his school! He ended up running a mile and a half, which we thought was pretty impressive!

Remembering...

Ryan's cute, sweet Grandma passed away in October. His grandparents are two of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life! They are just some of the best people, and I really don't think I have the words to describe how great they are! We were able to meet up with almost all of Ryan's family in Sacramento. The funeral service was really nice, and we were grateful we were able to be there.

This picture is so beautiful!! I think it's my favorite picture of Ryan's darling grandparents!!

 We were all able to spend a few days together, and even though it was really sad circumstances that brought us together, we were grateful to be together as a family. (Steven, we missed you!)
